Whitney develops climate change-related tools and resources to support CDFW’s conservation and land management efforts and participates in various state-wide climate change adaptation and mitigation initiatives. She is currently serving as the climate lead for CDFW’s Sentinel Sites for Nature effort, which includes 41 sites across California at state ecological reserves and wildlife areas.
